BFGA provides a comprehensive range of Student Support Services to meet the needs of all student enrolled at the college.

Types of Student Support Services Descriptions
Orientationl

BFGA provides orientation for all newly-enrolled students to brief them on the following:

  • Induction of BFGA including Vision, Mission and Values and tour of school facilities
  • Fee Protection Scheme
  • Refund policy
  • Withdrawal, Transfer and Deferment Policy
  • Feedback and dispute resolution
  • Course and assessment information
  • Graduation criteria
  • Attendance and leave application
  • Singapore Law / College Rules and Regulations
Request Letter Students who require identity verification letters may approach the student support team for assistance. Such letters are usually needed for purposes of opening bank accounts, rental agreement, telephone sign-up, etc.
Academic Support Students who require academic support may approach their lecturers. This is to help students who are academically weak to improve their study skills and their ability to cope with examinations and assignments.
Feedback & Suggestion BFGA allow students to share all types of communications like comments, complaints, concerns, suggestions, etc about our college.
